Electric pressure washers are commonly used for interior cleaning applications. They can be used for cleaning inside factories and commercial buildings or for heavy duty cleaning applications such as degreasing factory equipment that are kept inside a building.
There are many ways to classify pressure washer machines. One common method is based on the power source. There are currently three types of pressure washer devices: electric pressure washers, propane pressure washers and gasoline pressure washers. Among these, electric power washer models are preferred over other types of high pressure washer equipment for interior cleaning applications.
In an electric pressure washer, electric power is used to generate the water pressure of the device. With other machines, propane or gasoline are used to generate the output water pressure. Gasoline and propane pressure washers are extremely high pressure washer devices. However, these machines burn fuel and produce exhaust. If they are used for interior cleaning applications, the devices will spew exhaust gases wherever they are used. Electric power washer systems, on the other hand, use clean electric power and emit no harmful fumes.
The one downside to electric pressure washer equipment is that it requires an electrical supply. However, it is easy to find plug points inside a building to connect these devices to an electric power source; thus, the problem is eliminated indoors.
In short, cleaning professionals consider electric pressure washer devices more suitable for indoor cleaning applications because they lack exhaust and are easy to plug in to an electric power source inside the building.
