Pressure Washers Powered By Gas - For Ultra-Cleaning Power

Pressure washers are capable of handling extremely demanding applications found in business and industrial settings. To cater to varying needs, there is a range of pressure washers available with different power methods and levels, and thus different cleaning capabilities.

One power method that is quickly gaining popularity in the pressure washing industry is gasoline. Gas powered pressure washers are great for use in areas where a reliable supply of electricity may not be available.

Pressure washers powered by gas offer mobility, greater ease of use and higher cleaning efficiency. Pressure washers powered can be more powerful machines with engines offering 18 HP, allowing this type of equipment to achieve higher cleaning power than other models. However, it is important to note that there are many powerful electric models on the market that can out clean gas powered units.

As with all pressure washers, the cleaning power of these gas powered units is dictated by the pressure levels, flow rates, and temperature levels. Hot water and steam temperature levels will be most effective for dissolving stubborn residues, while high pressure levels and flow rates will afford users the ability to blast away these deposits.

One of the key selling points of these gas-powered versions is their mobility, providing total freedom for the user. Gas-driven units do not feature hindrances like electric power cords that can get tangled and slow down the cleaning process in addition to creating hazards. So, whether you need to clean the side of a building, parking lot, or an even more remote location, you will find pressure washers powered by gas a better choice.

In addition to the mobility resulting from the lack of electrical cords and the use of gasoline for power, these pressure washers also come in portable configurations. Wheeled or trailer mountable configurations enhance the users' ability to push the pressure washing machine to the location of the application. This way, you are able to complete the cleaning task in the most efficient manner possible.

Gas pressure washers do have a few disadvantages. These machines are not as easy to use indoors as the carbon monoxide emitted by them can prove fatal in these areas with limited ventilation. (For indoor applications, the units can be truck-mounted outside and connected to a long hose with a nozzle that reaches indoors. ) And, they are much louder than electric-powered units.

Despite these disadvantages, gas pressure washers are the most ideal machines for commercial and industrial users with a majority of exterior cleaning applications. Most reputable suppliers also offer additional options to enhance the capabilities of these machines outdoors. For example, the addition of multi-user system support will allow multiple operators on one machine simultaneously.
